This tunnel is great for my puppy (1 yr. old rottweiler)! He loves agility class and now he has his own things at home to practice with, and this tunnel is perfect for him! It is strong enough to withstand his weight and is big enough for him to fit through. Couldn’t be happier with this product!

I measure the opening at 22 inches. Also, it does not stay up alone unless staked. Therefore, not good for use in an indoor space. My dog was not comfortable going through it when it was less than fully extended, I think because the ribbing feels funny. If you try to open it without any stakes, it just collapses in at the ends. My main training space is inside, as my yard is small, so it was a bit disappointing.
I know you can make a shute from a trash can with the bottom cut off and the shute material attached, but I’m not sure of another tunnel option.

This is an amazing tunnel! My dog is very skittish and doesn’t like to feel “trapped” in something. But this tunnel allowed me to adjust it easily to different lengths.(I had an old pop up tunnel) This can obviously be turned into practically any shape and can be curved, but it must be staked down. This tunnel should be staked with the included stakes to stand up. This was a great buy and I was very please to find the image and the product the same! GREAT PRODUCT! I HIGHLY reccomend it!

The tunnel is great and as advertised. The store shipped it promptly. One caveat, the fabric does seem to be vulnerable to toe nails that need a trim. Our dog left small holes in the fabric.

I’m pretty new to agility but this seems like an excellent piece of equipment for a reasonable price. The thing that’s great about it is that even though it can expand into a long tunnel, you can also collapse it to about 3 ft for when the dog is just learning. There are nice long metal stakes, with reinforced slots sewn onto the sides, so that the tunnel doesn’t flop around too much.
The dog loves it.
