@theUSER101 This coach Played Professional Basketball oveseas for 20 years. There are as many different training methods as there are coaches. We respect your thoughts and opinion but to quickly answer your questions. he played D1 basketball for 4 years. Went to the NCAA tournamnet twice, and the number of games over 20 years professionally is to many to count including off season and summer ball.

Thank you. It may have been the coaches were trying to hurry since we were at the end of a training session. I agree the guys are off balance. I will be following up soon with the team and will check on this.
