Im gonna use this today when i work out.
Tried this drill on 10 year olds and works great.
Beautiful Technique…Very Nice!!!!!
1:11 Deep balls haha. he says it funny
thiv vid is sure good but i think a db should not cath like a receiver he has to jump as high as possible and turn to the ball. sory if im wrong but i learne it like tat so i think its right
@alexsum1 this is a football video, not a pussy grass fairy video
@tatester95 I was forced to make this transition in college (wr to db) I fought it for two years and ended up eventually quitting!! It’s hard and takes alot of work. I wasn’t until I began coaching at the youth level that the most important thing an athlete can ever be is coachable!!!! Coaches know best…listen to your coach, work hard and practice on following instructions believe it or not you can teach a certain amount of athleticism but the guy has to have the will to learn!!
@Fschipani41 Heck ya man i give it my all everyday i practice, right now they want me at starting defensive back( or corner back) how ever you take it.
@tatester95 good. man up.
im a upcoming freshman in high school and we have a new coach, but my point is that he makes us train at like college level, is that6 good or bad
is good for soccer too?
@rezno451 yeah i know what you mean. I switched from wr to corner and it was pretty hard, but just work on your footwork and be more aggressive with the reciever and you’ll be good
@renzo451 u prolly jus slow its not really dat hard if yu fast out of yur cuts and have a good reaction time to stuff
tiny[dot]cc/freesex535 – Ive never known girls so fucking easy
CB is probably the second hardest position to play. Not the most important, but the second hardest behind QB.
I’m a freshman nd played corner tha first tym n my life this year it was tha hardest position I ever played
corner is actually one of the toughest positions because you have to watch the wr and the qb i have always been a corner.
u probly have “jumper’s knee”. a knee brace would help
that happens when you dont get ready for a sport and just start doing all that hard labor… it isnt ready
it happens to the best of em
same here.. it stopped with 16 though!^^
Check your stance. Many times, flat feet cause that type of reoccurring pain. They have lifts you place in shoes for that.
See a doctor that’s the best way to be sure of what it is.
Also kxsteven4, you aren’t fully mature and may be experiencing “Growing pains” these are natural through your puberty stages because i had the same deal. if the pain gets worst you way want to see your physician
its just that you were not in football shape 3 weaks before football starts just start to run or run over the entire summer
Hey bud what you need are some inserts or in other words, arch supports. Because you might flat footed. I have the same problem. Arch supports help you so your not as duck footed which makes your knees hurt. The arch supports are very helpful. Just go to a sports shop or market. There about $30.00. They really help I promise.
