@aiiishiba I use a hill and it works for me and did notice some changes in speed
@aiiishiba true, but that is why you rest between days ex: monday you run, tuesday you just relax your muscles and the next day you do it again

@ortega1229 youre right, but that method can be heavy on the knees
the best way to run faster is to find a steep hill and sprint up and down that hill and try to breathe in and out through the nose

Wow. This is some really powerful stuff. Not everyone has the luxury of training with such equipment though. Great video though.
If you guys check out the videos on my channel, there are some great ways to improve speed and power with nothing but your body and a ball.
DONT BE AFRAID TO USE THESE MOVES IN REAL GAMES AND PICK UP GAMES….alot of people do…..just saying….good vid!!!!
It was decent, but some moves could be made more “usefull” like the first part, why don’t do it bakwards?
